According to the Form 8-K filed with the SEC 12/18/98, there
were 7,364,349 shares prior to the split and only 73,644 after
the split. There were about 1,500,000 in the public float
prior to the split so now there should only be about 15,000
shares in the public float!!! A very tiny float.
