Rob, 4Q estimates have been revised downward from 17cents to 9cents and 96 earnings to 68c from prior of 76c. I think that earnings may be even lower due to the expensing of their new corporate center this Q. However, the stock has lost approx. 65% of it value from its high of 27.25 this year. I think it is oversold and with patience, I see a strong upside.
