I been followed this company for few weeks. This morning I called Mark 1 Industries and spoke with Mr. Paul Smith, 770-509-1040. He told me there are two large shareholders who right now are selling their shares because tax loss. Nothing is wrong with the company. As a matter of fact he claims things are doing very well with them. They can't control the stock's price. He also said there are delays with the closing of the five PONDEROSA STEAK HOUSES, BUT THE DEAL STILL ON AND THEY HOPE TO CLOSE THE DEAL IN A SHORT TIME. After that, I just bought 50.000 shares in 5.000 blocks. If he told me the true, good, once the sell off is over, the stock will recover. If it's not true, well then I lose few dollars. After all this is the penny stock world. Elio
