Medinah Energy Inc. announces today that management has decided not to continue with the option to purchase the copper properties in Copiapó Chile. A final payment of a minor amount to the property owners is in the process of being resolved. Company representatives in Chile are pursuing the previously announced pre-production gold properties. Management has adopted a policy of seeking to acquire only those properties recommended by company Engineers and Geologists as having imminent production potential. Management requests that all shareholders have their shares registered with American Registrar and Transfer of Salt Lake City, Utah.
