Based on data from Baseline.com, it looks like the book value is about $10.10 per share, and the losses would reduce that by more than $0.77 per share.

I don't know much about this specific company, but I do know that the stock prices of small cap semi equips tend to recover later than the large caps, because people see small caps as more likely to have trouble lasting through the downturn. If the company makes it through this period, then you are likely to see good results when the industry recovers in earnest.
