Tony Maybe Oaktree feel Jurick is in a position that they can now apply pressure if say the court proceedings may be able to be turned in a direction in favour of the creditors.Lets face it even with this offer none of the secured would loose and many of the shareholders wouldnt either. Maybe they know that Mr Jurick has MSN turned and 1 more Q of looking good will make it that much more costly Either way the play is on and our wellbeing depends on Mr Juricks short term strength and Oaktrees long term objectives STILL LOOKS BETTER THAN ONE MONTH AGO Best to all on MSN its been a long wait BOB
