All,

Back to DCTC and these are devil (not DAMIEN) advocate questions. (Don't be mad at me Joe Medsker, I'm just asking opinions.)

Since all the paper work is in play (or finished) does anyone think there will be any announcement or warning before we would go on the AMEX-or will we just suddenly be there one morning?

Also, if this second QP suddenly ends with the announcement we're being sold and the price spikes waaaaaay up, for those of us holding our certificates, wouldn't that dictate a mad rush to our brokers if we wanted to take a bit off the table?

We all have worked together here in the attempt to put pressure on the short position. With the lackluster response to the last press release ending our quiet period, our price has actually been depressed by about 30%. (Not that it can't change for the better in about 39 seconds.) What I'm wondering is IF the sale of DCI is imminent and IF the AMEX or switch to NASDAQ with the Wavetech merger is going to happen and IF the short position will evaporate into cuspid heaven in these circumstances, then what is the reasoning of not having our certificates positioned back in our accounts at this time? With all these tenuously mercurial situations it would seem prudent to do so (at least partially) this point. If not, tell me why, punch me in the nose etc.

So then, Comments?

Onward,

George
