TR, If I read the prospectus properly, the founders stock is all restricted, although certainly at a bargain price as you pointed out, it's going to be the shareholders with free trading stock that will be able to capitalize on the growth of JVWeb and it's stock price as result of the expansion with L&H which by the way also trades Berlin with a Belgium based HQ. Could get real exciting for all shareholders. Bigscore
