FMK: You are implying that this statement in the S-3 is wrong.

"From our discussions with potential customers, we expect that customers will require an extensive qualification period once the customer receives its first commercial product off a production line. To date, we have not provided any such commercial product to any potential customer, and therefore, have not started any product qualification period."

The above statement says "we have not provided any such commercial product to any customer." It doesn't say we have not provided any commercial products from the 2nd line. It says we haven't provided any commercial products to any potential customers. Period.

Since your understanding appears to be different from the official company statement, would you mind sharing with us the source of your information?
