Slider: Looks like the rally failed; we will have wait a little longer for the turn. My take on the smaller riskier drillers is that you only want to own them though an OS mutual fund. They have much more upside than the majors, but very dangerous to bet much on any one player unless you know the company EXTREMELY WELL.
