Each DEC share holder was paid cash and about one share of CPQ.

I trade some options, but have never looked into how options on a discontinued stock works. Could you answer a few questions for me.

How is it determined when the 50 strike price is in the money?

If one owns calls at a 40 strike price and calls the discontinued DEC stock. What exactly do you get when you call the stock? Cash and a little less then one share of CPQ?
