Jim, I don't have the full story on Mina Claudia as stated previously as I had seen no reason to pursue this avenue.. When I have time, I will look into it more closely. In any case, I think your lack of understanding of the underlying geology at Mina Claudia probably was your downfall. A check of previous press releases shows that the copper showings were from copper mantos deposits. It is extremely unlikely you could have a sizeable economic deposit from copper mantos! (too small and irregular) In Chile, almost all the economic copper comes from porphyry deposits. Estimates in previous press releases were at most 50 million tonnes-small potatoes-bud. I don't know if NPEC/MDIN mislead you in thinking Mina Claudia was a big deal or not-but you have to accept some of the blame yourself! I spent several days at a University library studying the geology of Chile and that of gold/copper deposits. What geologic research have you done? Peter Lynch says you should only invest in what you know-what do you know about geology Jim? Many in society today are quick to blame their problems on other people. Perhaps you are guilty of this Jim!
