Just for the record and for those that are interested.Regarding the matter of "book value" of Pallet Pallet.In The Financial Post newspaper on Jan.11/97 there was an artical on companies with the highest and lowest book value ratios.This report showed that PLT has a book value of 0.63 per share as of this date.Go to "The Financial Post" then click on search engine called "business information"then type in search space this artical."Techs,mines dominate list",or type in "Pallet Pallet".This will bring you a list of 25 lowest and 25 highest price to book ratios on the TSE.Also regarding the equity offer.It will not be 3 to 5 millon dollars of shares as first stated.It will now be only 2.2 millon worth of shares.Due to Bank of America offer of cheaper money to pay off all debt and increasing revenues going forward.
