Unless there is a significant probability that the merger will not be realized NTKI looks like a much better buy. I think both stocks are very cheap. Sooner or later we are going to see a deal of CDNW/NTKI with some other player(s) to benefit from the same synergies and economies of scale enjoyed by AMZN. Think, for example, if CDNW/NTKI merged with REEL.COM, which sells VHS tapes and DVDs (the latter is a booming market), and other similar companies in other areas. Their valuation would explode. They would get greater market share, economize on IT, etc. The people who are running CDNW/NTKI are not stupid by any means and they must be cooking up something. It's in their own interest.
