I just got off the phone with John Andersen.

Let me start off by saying that Larry is still committed to the plan he laid out for us. The deals with McLaughlin Engineering and US Cement have not been effected.

The delisting took BCMD by surprise as much as it did the share holders.

NASDAQ seemed willing to wait for the reverse split when the share holders meeting was scheduled for late December. Once the meeting was postponed until late January, they went ahead with the delisting. Perhaps they thought BCMD was just trying to stall them.

The RS is still on. It is felt that the RS will be needed in order to get the listing back.

I expressed my feelings that the recent price deterioration was due to investor uncertainty over Larry's intentions now that the delisting has occurred. I encouraged John to have Larry put out an official announcement stating his views in light of this recent development.

Over all I found my conversation with John to be very positive.
