Please be advised that the $30,000,000 Libel Cross Complaint filed against Pulcrano, Boyer, and others was personally served on Mr. Zarian's office on November 20th,1998. Accordingly, the response of Pulcrano and Boyer was due on December 21st. As of today, Pulcrano and Boyer have not filed their response. Thus, they are in default.
