Thanks for your reply on the Value Investing thread to my question on CAV's deterioration is share price.

>>Cavalier Homes (NYSE:CAV) CFO D. Roberson becomes CEO

Reuters, Thursday, October 31, 1996 at 15:05

WICHITA FALLS, Texas, Oct 31 (Reuter) - Cavalier Homes Inc
said Thursday that its board has elected Chief Financial
Officer David Roberson as president and chief executive.
Roberson's position will be filled by Mike Murphy, who has
been working under Roberson, the company said.
Roberson succeeds Cavalier founder Jerry Wilson, who died
recently. Roberson joined Cavalier in 1984 and became chief
financial officer in 1995, the company said.<<

It seems odd that investors would feel uneasy about the changing of the CEO, expecially when the change is the result of the passing away of the previous President/CEO.

This would really point to an anamolous, unfounded deterioration in share price, and a true "value" play with little-to-no downside risk.

Your comments...what is your 6-month price target?
