If you take Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, if you truly believe it in your heart, your saved!
Pure and simple!

PS- What's so very hard for me to understand is, how you could believe this and then be so filled with hatred or racism. And I'm not addressing anyone specifically, but just in general..... But there are people that do some crazy things in the name of Christ! Unimaginable! And I guess the fundamental problem is just that we are sinners and it causes us to do rotten things.
I think where people get confused though is this, just because you say you believe in Jesus Christ doesn't make it so. It can't just be head knowledge. You truly have to believe it in your heart. And the people's fruits, or what they show, usually gives you a good indication whether they truly believe or not. It seems from my experiences, most people who are racists and full of hatred are not really Christians! |
