The question I have is if the company needed to sell shares at .20 cents for capital, why wern't us Share holders offered the opportunity to purchase these???and how many of these did I buy at above $1??? It doesn't matter anyway because I sold them at .96 today, Holding 1/3 of original position..not buying more until something positive happens from PNL to the shareholders...Other than that goodluck to all. TK
