I spoke with Tom Aigner earlier, and he was tremendously upbeat. The terms of the loans are 6 3/4%, (quite amazing) with no convertible portion to worry about again. There is no way the deal can fall apart, other than the "infamous Act of God", and the price under $3 for AMEX listing, they have been told, will not be a problem. The timing is just the money transferring through escrow to sellers, and meanwhile, we are running the new restaurants. We may also be seeing more substantial institutional support prior to listing on the AMEX. As always, do your own DD, but I am feeling quite confident. Mike
