I think they've also got bad karma and terrible customer service. I bought two of their products during the summer because they advertised a $50 rebate for both products. Guess what? No rebate. I called their rebate services dept. 4 times and was told that a check was in the mail. That was 3 months ago. I sent emails to them on their web support rebate page 6 times inquiring about the rebates and received no response. All messages left on their customer services phone number were ignored, despite their claim that they would call back within 48 hours.

Am I frustrated with this company? Yes, but I'm not alone. I know six other colleagues who have also been cheated out of rebates from Diamond this year. It seems, short of legal action, I can kiss that $100 bye, bye. Anyone here actually ever receive a rebate check from them? I don't want to bash this company to you guys since I think they make great products, but this rebate-baiting thing is absolutely unconscionable and keeps consumers from coming back.
