David: I don't have a copy of the LOM report, however, there was an excerpt of it in the Investor's Digest last February or March. Basically, the analyst felt that the company had made a substantial investment in their operations (plants) and would reap the reward once the oil market turned positive. In the meantime, as long as their EBITDA remained positive they could withstand weak oil prices.

I'll try to locate the article over the next few days and post some of the details (which might be a little dated).
