Well,it works like this.If people know the rumor or the good news ahead of time,they buy the stock 3-4 days before and sell on the news.Now with penny stocks,people dont until they see news because most of the time it is just rumors.We did get a small run on the BR news,but not as big as we should,however,we are 100% better than before.We are trading in the range of .45-.55 which is double of what we have seen for Months.I think we have a good support here now and on the next news we should brake the .65-.70 range. I just want us to close higher than the 52 week average of .71,that's all.
