HI MALCOLM I made a similar comment about what Jurick said and the offer is somewhat ridiculous. I hear there is someone waiting in the wings waiting for the proper moment to surface. As for De Witt Financial I cannot find it anywhere.Could be a sub basement company or someone making posts to start trouble. Since the last report Emerson has repurchased approx,65,000 more shares of their stock. Their buy back plan is ongoing and the bottom line should reflect that when next release comes out in Feb. As for stock sales,I think institutions are now getting back in the picture ==========TONY==============
