Don, lets hope that they ship a chip with stable and bug free drivers a lot sooner than the end of next year, or else there will be another year without any OEM wins. From a review I read recently, their latest drivers seem to be very stable and bug free and the SGRAM version of the chip kicks butt. That is why I am expecting OEM wins. With such a great price/performance combination, there is no way that they won't finally be getting OEM wins. I don't know why they pushed Savage out this last year when its drivers were not ready. It seems to me that it was a major mistake. Maybe they just wanted to get noticed and figured that it was better to put a great chip out with buggy drivers so that they wouldn't have another chipless year and end up forgotten at the bottom of the heap. Maybe they gave into pressure and someone said ship the thing no matter what. Hopefully the damage is now getting contained and the new drivers along with the Savage 2 will have the OEMs drooling. For once, it seems that they may have a full lineup of decent if not great chips.
