None of you have done any kind of FACTUAL refutation at all There were no facts to dispute in the posts to which I commented. The Democrats had the opportunity to get rid of the Special Counsel law, and insisted that it be continued. It sure seems like a bad law now. I can't dispute that in hind sight it would have been smart for the Democrats to abolish (or refuse to continue) the law. I don't think anyone imagined the extent to which Ken Starr would abuse it.
