I totally agree with you in principal. However, every time this has been done in the past we hired some high powered Guy who could only be signed with heavy stock options. Each time going back to at least General Hillsman we have made a short term Chairman rich while they left and diluted the equity value of the company!!!!!!!!!!!!!
