Many of the "Penny" stocks move up every few months... and then retract. Most to the floor,some half-way. Some quickly, some not. The key is to KNOW where the floor is. Even then, surprises happen. Not a easy thing to accomplish; months and years of learning. Some never do learn! DD BTW: Been sitting on the floor on four for months. Hope they get up eventually.<g>
