Yes, I have heard rumblings of such but not to this extent. Obviously The London Telegraph has an ax to grind against Clinton because Clinton allowed the head of the political wing of the provisional IRA into the US a couple of years ago to rally support for a united Ireland. However, London papers were right on the money about several Clinton scandal developments to date that our papers wouldn't touch and so I don't doubt this story.
