DONNYBROOK RESOURCES INC. ("DNY") [formerly Zodiac Exploration Corp. ("ZIP")] -
Name Change and Consolidation Pursuant to a special resolution passed by shareholders June 12,
1998, the Company has consolidated its capital on a 7 old for 1 new basis and has subsequently
increased its authorized capital. The name of the Company has also been changed from Zodiac
Exploration Corp. to Donnybrook Resources Inc. Effective at the opening December 21, 1998, the
common shares of Donnybrook Resources Inc. will commence trading on the Vancouver Stock
Exchange, and the common shares of Zodiac Exploration Corp. will be delisted. The Company is
classified as a 'Venture' company. Post - Consolidation Capitalization:
