A quick update. Doug McLean called me this afternoon and left a message. He said he and his attorney had worked out a response to the VSE on the points that they were initially questioning. He said the VSE might not respond until next week, but if they did, it would probably consist of a list of follow up questions to his initial responses. He told me he would call next week to let me know what was happening. So it looks like my first guess at not until the new year might be a good one. No matter, the fundamentals are moving ahead, and when they open they'll also announce a plant running at capacity. If that is the case, it should be a good opening. Ted
