To any investors who require their broker deliver or mail all stock purchases, what would be the reasonable amount of business days to receive your certificate?
I called DLJ DIRECT on November 19th requesting DCI 18,900 share cert.
They charged my account the $15 fee and stated “no problem 2 to 3 weeks" .
After two weeks passed I noticed other stockholders had received their DCI Certificate. I called DLJ again in early December “they stated “ two business Days”. I then had a call from somebody who said he was Ryan F from DLJ asking if I was sure about the certs with the holiday mail traffic maybe I should consider a January delivery. Today I finally lost my composure and asked what the f is happening. I cannot cogitate having to wait 6-8 weeks for every stock certificate. bs
