TO ALL---- Next week is the year-end rally, with the DJIA hitting 9374 at year end (and I win the Webstreet contest) and then perhaps continuing into the second week of January. Somewhere along the way VIAS will touch 8.72, being pulled up by the realization that less than a year remains.

Then, watch out. It may be an express bus(t) to 7300.
