Just couldn't resist.......wasn't going to post till next year...but...
DID SOMEONE SAY 10 SB?.....Wonder where we have heard this before?.....Geeeeeeeeeez, it is the FIRST step in becoming a legit deal, until then we are all blowing smoke here, no news can change this fact...
Oh, and by the way Z, no matter what the company told you,.....A company does not need to have GOOD numbers to file a 10sb. It just means they will become fully reporting, now, if the company does not expect the numbers to be good for some time this may be a possible reason for delay! The filing would also give everyone here the insight into the company's history. Is there something to hide here? IMO, if you are looking for a Quickie, you are in the wrong spot....
For those of you who continue to harp on the fact that this company has been up-front and forth right,,,,well then, show me the 10sb!
