Lynn, that's exactly how I felt and mentioned here a couple times. I even sent feedback to their web site before. Of course they probably could care less, than you and I as investors. If they couldn't do better, why not just copy the better designs? I think the problems that they don't have the right people, with the heart and the drive, to be the best. Dell obviously does. Amazon and Dell's web sites were just rated the top web sites with best access numbers a couple of days ago. It guess it is too much to expect that from Compaq for now, until they aim at the same themselves. If only they could just do the comparison as you did and motivated to keep get better and better.
