You might be wrong regarding the terms of the warrant redemption. My understanding is that its not a 30 day average but 30 days in a row. Very large difference. In that event we still have a ways to go. Secondly, the secondary offering, imo, is good if its going to be used as a stock incentive/stock option vehicle for employees. Most ,if not all, INET and Silicon start ups compensate their employees in sucha manner and it is the rule not the exception. Which makes me wonder if they are lining up additional marketing and/or tech talent as we speak to accommodaTE their increasing bandwith, subscription, and just overall growth. L
