Well you know how well AT&T's 'One Rate' has done (for both AT&T and Nokia).

I just heard an advertisement for BellSouth Mobility,

"Guaranteed Rates for Two Years"

Ha! That is a hoot. They might as well guarantee a 386 MHz computer for $1000.
