otcbbbaby,

a very nice post. Thank you.
Now, let's start from the beginning.

With the changes the company made we have only common shares, 35.000.000 authorized.
In June 1998 30.000.000 shares were issued.
Then we got the RS 12 for 1.
An that moment the outstanding shares became 2.500.000 shares.
The balance 32.500.000 shares become treasury shares.

PLEASE CORRECT ME IF I'M WRONG.

Right here at SI, among 25 or maybe 30 investors, we own the entire float. It's no doubt about that.

MM's can sell short as long as they can borrow the shares, and to do this those shares must be in street name.

We all know that many of us are requesting certificates. So every week is less and less shares in street name.

I know many of us look everyday to see if the company fill any form to sell shares and so far it's nothing there.

SO THE MAIN QUESTION REMAIN UNANSWERED, WHERE ARE COMING ALL THE SHARES BEEN TRADE RIGHT NOW IF THE "ORIGINAL" FLOAT IS IN OURS HANDS?

And how about those many, many 50.000 shares blocks?

I CAN'T BELIEVE MM'S BEEN SELLING NAKED SHORT.

Elio
