Seconds Out "The company does not have the right to say much more than they are currently saying about their deals. The restrictions go as far as Qwest not allowing GMGC to report in the press release the date of trials commencing. The company was not prohibited from speaking about the start date on their own, which is why Dr. Markman so quickly wrote another Memo From Markman." Can you please explain why something like a date that a trial commences would be such a secret?? Also, if GMGC can speak "on their own" then why don't we see more letters from Markman?? Thank you for helping me understand. Straight Up
