jfred-- Don't believe it. It's a scam. Quaker's paying off the FDA. How can anything that looks like that be good for you? Since it's become a national pastime weekly to discover new good for you/bad for you things, I only believe reports that favorably regard stuff I like. Red wine and chocolate consumed simultaneously, for example: keeps your arteries from gumming up, or perhaps keeps you from caring too much whether they do or not. Nicotine? There's evidence it prevents or delays onset of Alzheimer's. And so on. Defend your bad habits with doubtful science! Janice
