On the warrants, see post 276. If the terms laid out in that post are the correct reflection of what is in the filing then the company needs to give 30 days prior written notice, if the closing bid price (at Nasdaq) or the closing sale price (as reported on a national or regional securities exchange) as applicable, of the shares of Common Stock for 30 consecutive trading days ending within ten days of the notice of redemption of the Purchase Warrants averages in excess of $10.00 per share. I will check whether we have averaged over $10 the last 30 days, but probably not yet. Moreover, I have not seen a written notice, so there is at least a 30 day period left.
