This is NOT good news unless they are paying the mortgages off on their condos. actually....it could be an excellent sign. they now have 90 days in which to sell or not sell 50K shares each (not what i would consider wholesale dumping by any stretch of the imagination!). hmmmm, 90 days represents the first quarter '99. i'd be worried if that were a form 4 with a share price of $1. it would probably be prudent to see where the share price is on the form 4 before we measure this as good or bad. that's assuming that a sale will take place. cheers. gary
