Bob Z, I am surprised you purchased this stock without financial info. Especially, after hammering FTEL about their audit. What gives?

The two are mutually exclusive.

I bought FTEL as an investment based on my belief that an audit was coming out soon, and my belief in the overall strength of the company.

I bought OLPV as a roll of the dice, based only on information in this thread. About 80% of my portfolio is companies I have DD'd and expect to make money with. The other 20% are pure gambles. The decision to buy OLPV was made when I had some cash I didn't just want sitting there doing nothing. In any event, this gamble didn't cost me much, and even if I lose it all, FTEL will make up the difference.
