Senators, in addition to their special impeachment oath, should also sign a document stating whether or not they have been contacted or coerced into a position by being threatend with investigation or attacks on their personal private life prior to the vote. I.E. The public should be informed as to how much our political process is being affected by 'jury tampering' and who is doing it? If the press wants to turn the tide, at least that story should also be out and some hot shot investigator should start looking at who is pulling strings on the press. Inquiring minds want to know.
