I remain very bullish on vrty long-term. They have a "strong buy" from H&Q, had record revenues last quarter (EPS beating analyst estimates by +.08), their products have been selected for use by some major players, they have some great teaming arrangements. The purchase of Cognisoft (while depressing the price short-term, as expected) should be a big plus long-term. Verity really needed to add a "push" mechamism to their product line. Now they have it! In fact, H&Q re-iterated their "strong buy" after reviewing the Cognisoft purchase. Bottom line: vrty has everything going for it, except consecutive profitable quarters. If the next quarter is positive and beats the estimates, look for vrty to move to mid-twenties by end of Mar (IMHO).
