Now we have the wonderful republicans who voted for impeachment asking the Senate to vote censure. This tells me if Hypocrite Hyde would have allowed a censure vote in the house it would have passed and it would be over now. And yes there is a debate on whether the house could have voted on censure. Some say yes some say no IMO whoever conducts the hearings gets to make the choice and it was Hydes kangaroo court that made the difference.
