Rob,
I beg to differ regarding the sale of the company. I don't think that there will be the ability to "watch the stock jump into the low 9's". Joe has said in the past that he doesn't want to give any advance notice (although I can't go back and point to an exact post number, but I'm sure it is there). He doesn't want the flippers and day-traders to be able to jump on. It is my understanding that the date of record will be 'for a date which has already passed'. For an example, if they announced the sale today, it might be for holders of record on December 15th. Anyone holding shares on that day would be offered the $10 price, hence the reference to the "Big Bang". Now, what happens to the shareholders who purchased on the 16th through the 23rd? I'm going to presume that they only get the price which it ends up at the close of day, on the 23rd. At least this is my understanding, and I don't want to be on the sidelines when the Big Bang occurs.
