Sasha,
Diller's a smart fella and understands the European second bounce phenomena, after things get popular here in the US. He's been active over there in both TV and internet sales applications. His domestic operations are well diversified and his management team quite effective, so I have it for a long term hold at lest through next year. I'd have done it without their ticketmaster holdings, but that's a sweetener too. Target for me is mid 40's in a year. Bill
