Missed out on the 100th post, I see!!

Well, I set my eye on the 1000th one for now

Market is incredible and the nuts are even more incredible

It looks like everything is up except gold -- and that of course makes sense since I am long the gold stocks. I think that this is a test to see at what point,I'll cave and once I do, then the XAU will double in a span of a month--weak hands and all that.

But on the other hand, the extra furby that I got for $35 is worth $100 -- I was told that there were teenagers who lined up and bought this at $40 from FAO Schwarz -- which is where I got the first one -- and they went right out of the store and sold it for $100. I guess that is what they mean by consumer confidence being high.

Well, I'll keep the extra furby boxed and in storage and when I am a doddering old man, I'll tell whoever wants to listen the story of this weird object that was once the hottest toy around. BTW, the person who was #1 in line at the store before it opened arrived there at 5:30 am with a sleeping bag!! I hear that this thing, once you put a battery into it, talks as and when it pleases and will not stop talking -- unless one takes the battery out.
