"Of the loans we make, we will be the builder on some of them, others are refis, or they have other builders." Again, the question....where is the money coming from for these loans???? Are they borrowing money to lend money? They do not have it lend as it stands right now. They do not have the assets/collateral to borrow as it stands right now. Also, who is going to sell them one piece of wood when they already owe the trades so much? Who is going to work for them when they already owe payroll? Regards, Helene
